Mona gave me information on every process they takes but more in-depth. And always asked me if I didn't understand correctly. Mona was dedicated to resolving my issue of RBO being paid immediately following my move to my new address. I also have to give my thanks to Joshua as well for taking the pressure off by telling me that once I paid the flat fee that the Bond would be paid in the morning.

The definitely deserves more than 5 stars. The website is informative and tells you what happens once 12 months are up and how to proceed whether you continue your lease for a small monthly fee. You can even pay out the bond that they paid so you can continue your lease."
